Mercantile North Properties

The clients' primary need for the website was to get information about their rental properties on the web. They were looking for a site that could do more than a traditional rental listing offered. In addition to showing the properties and their amenities, the clients were looking to include their own local recommendations and helpful information about the area for their potential renters.

The design challenge for this project was to create a strategic flow for the site so that while the properties were at the forefront, the clients' personalities and their knowledge of the area were incorporated throughout.
